It's a great recipe and very easy! A bunch of cilantro or parsley is literally a bunch! They come sold like this and all you have to do is rinse, add water(6-8 cups),boil, strain and done! I seriously noticed cleansing after first glass...lots of bathroom breaks!

I drink this all the time instead of caffeine drinks, ex. coke, coca cola....this is an awesome drink..I just boil the cilantro with celery...the stems you can throw them away, you have no use for the stems afterwards.

Would like to know for sure how much water to boil with the cilantro. And how much cilantro are we talking about (how much is a bunch)?

Took a handful of Coriander & a handful of Parsley. Blended it with half a glass of water to fine green paste. Removed the paste into a large pot & added a liter of water & boiled with lid covered for some 5 plus minutes. Cooled & filtered the water & filled in a liter of bottle. Looks like what is shown in the picture. Had a glass of water which was less refreshing then what I had before boiling the stuff.

I tried this and have a gallon of it in the refrigerator (well, less than that as I've been drinking a glass daily for 4 days now)... question is, how do you KNOW it's working?
