Some of the benefits ofmorning walk, especially for aged people is that it increases the blood circulation system in the body and helps to decrease the risk of chronic disorder such as diabetes, blood pressure, cancer,heart related issues, etc. You can enjoy morning walk either in garden or at home with treadmill, but don’t put extra stress on your body.

  7. It also helps to improve concentration and it makes our memory sharp which is beneficial for people of all ages.

The metabolic syndrome is a  factor that increase the possibility of developing cardiovascular disease. Cardiovascular disease include high blood pressure, glucose intolerance, high levels of triglycerides,low levels of HDL cholesterol and insulin resistance. But walking , here also plays a major role because walking  are 50 percent less likely to be diagnosed with the metabolic syndrome.
  14. If you are returning from a serious injury or recovering from a health condition, morning walking is one of the easiest exercise to add in your daily routine.
